Why Youth Ministry Zone is Born?

"The youth is the hope of the nation." is somewhat overused. I would like to rephrase it into more urgent statement. "If the youth is nurtured with right values and hope, they could be the hope of the nation." Yes, I do believe that the youth right now is in the deep need of attention. If they don't see right values and hope from us as young adults, adults and super adults, then how can they be the hope?

I could say this because I observed this after the third week of ministry I'm having with the youth in Batasan Quezon City. A number of youth us is willing to wait for us to hear the truth about the special revelation of God. They are willing to learn about Love, Grace and Hope. They are willing but small number of people like you and me are willing to teach and nurture them.

That's why Youth Ministry Zone is born. To give them Compassion and Community. This will be a call to all the people out there that this is the time to emerge into the community of youth to give them compassion and hope. This is a notice to everybody that we need to engage now because time ticks faster. This is the right time to lead them without a need of election. We can be leaders in our own way. Let's give and show HOPE for them so they could be the HOPE of our nation and to the entire humanity as a whole.
